If you choose to use share features, the content you share is sent only through the system sharing options you select.
Third-Party Services
The current version of the app does not require sign-in or cloud sync. If analytics, crash reporting, or other third-party services are added in a future release, this Privacy Policy should be updated before release.
Android 13 and Advertising ID
The current version of QR and Barcode does not use the Android advertising ID for ads or profiling and does not require advertising features to use the core scanning experience.
Data Retention
Your scan history remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Children's Privacy
This app is not directed specifically to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a backend service.
Security
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your Choices
- Deny camera permission
- Delete saved history from the app
- Uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data, subject to device behavior
